TRAINING PHILOSOPHY: 

To elevate personal and artistic expression by developing physical, mental, and emotional power and flow through the amalgamation of physical training and performance practices. To 
increase overall health, wellness, and vitality while reducing the risk of injury through training programs, nutrition, lifestyle, and movement coaching. 

Training and nutrition are viewed through the lens of gratitude for and celebration of our bodies. Discipline is seen as a form of respect and care. We focus on the simple daily actions that are the building blocks of lifelong healthy habits and full self expression.

Training Methods:

TONE. Learn and hone movement patterns and lifting technique for maximum effectiveness in every exercise. Ignite your body's hormonal response in order to build lean muscle. By strengthening the body we create stability, improve posture, alignment, and body composition. 

FLOW. Mobility and breath work develop the inner sense of the body, release unnecessary tension and create length and space in the body, increase flexibility, improve alignment, as well as foster a sense of grace and freedom. Be more connected to yourself and the world around you with ease.

NOURISH BODY AND SOUL. Nutrition and lifestyle coaching completes the package integrating all of the elements necessary for success. Individualized coaching works with your life to create sustainable healthy habits to achieve and sustain your goals.​

​A BIT ABOUT ME AND THIS WORK: 

Movement and training have been lifelong passions of mine, starting with long distance running and dance during high school, to formal acting training during my BFA and MFA degrees, to yoga teacher training in the mountains of B.C., to learning strength and resistance training from the best in the industry, I have devoted my life to various practices which develop optimal health, wellness, and full self expression. If you are looking to enhance these things in your own life, you're in the right place.

DECREASE TENSION, INCREASE STRENGTH

I provide strength and performance as well as nutrition and lifestyle coaching. I have worked with a wide variety of clients and teach the skills necessary for sustainable, enjoyable, and lifelong results. 

I draw on my experience and training as a professional performing artist to offer specialized movement training for increased capacity of expression, career versatility and longevity, and improved resilience and range. This work is accessible and valuable to anyone looking to develop better communication, presentation and performance skills, and to inhabit their body with more freedom and power.
