Course Description:
Unlock the power of your breath and build a resilient core from the inside out. This 3‑week online workshop blends comprehensive breathing techniques with functional core training to improve posture, stability, and overall performance. You’ll learn how breathing mechanics directly affect your strength, mobility, and alignment — empowering you to move more freely and powerfully in daily life, physical training, and performance.
Each week combines anatomy and biomechanics education, detailed demonstrations and guided instruction, and practical homework designed to help you progressively connect breath and movement. You’ll finish the program with improved breath capacity, better body awareness, control of deep core muscles, and tools to continue training safely and effectively on your own.
What You’ll Learn:
The anatomy and function of the diaphragm, ribcage, and core muscles
How proper breathing enhances strength, alignment, power, and ease in the body
Why a stacked rib cage and pelvis is important and how to achieve it
How to effectively breathe, brace, and maintain that support while training
Core exercises that integrate breath and foundational movement patterns
Techniques to improve alignment, increase physical and vocal power and ease, reduce pain, and prevent injury
Personalized progressions suitable for all fitness levels
