One on One or Partner Training available.

​Having a personal coach allows for programming geared specifically to your goals and for an effective progression at your pace. The sessions will meet your individual needs to optimally help you reach your next level of fitness. 

​Better technique and execution means better results. Learn how to integrate multiple layers of awareness so that breath, mind, body, and spirit are aligned. Enjoying the process and move with excellence. Get strong, stable, a flexible. Be embodied and energized! 


Learn how to lift and train with exceptional technique from a coach who has devoted her life to developing these skills, has studied from the best in the industry, is constantly learning and integrating new knowledge, and has helped people from all walks of life elevate their health, wellness, performance, and body composition. 

Sessions are 55 minutes and can take place virtually via zoom or in midtown Toronto, ON.  


You also get the Expressive Strength Getting Started Nutrition Guide. Have a clear overview of how all the pieces of nutrition, recovery, training, and exercise fit together.

Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching Package

* WHO IT IS FOR

Anyone wanting to reach body, health, habit, or mindset goals using a flexible, macro-based approach to nutrition with the guidance, support, and accountability of a certified nutrition coach, personal trainer, and yoga instructor who has helped people from all walks of life achieve their goals and maintain them long after coaching stops.

This work is for those interested in taking charge of their health and lifestyle on a whole new level so that they are empowered. This coaching process is not about telling you what to do with out explanation. No points, set meal plans, or rules. It's about providing education, guidance, and valuable feedback so you have the knowledge you need to make informed choices for yourself. Step by step, build the habits that will not only help you achieve your goals, but elevate your experience of, and appreciation for, your body and how you care for it. 


* WHY YOU SHOULD COMMIT

No pre-set meal plans that do not work when you: eat at a restaurant, attend a social event, travel... basically real life.

Free yourself from restrictive dieting, quick fixes (that don't work and cause much more harm than good), the inner negotiations and battles around "should" and "shouldn't", or remaining ignorant and in denial about your health and food. Decrease the stress around nutrition and increase your energy, perform your best (physically and mentally), look your best, sleep better, age better, and feel confident and comfortable about your nutrition choices under any circumstance.

* WHAT YOU GET

A 12 week course which guides you step by step so that you gain a deep understanding of the HOW and the WHY. 

The weekly Nutrition lesson teach you about nutritional science and how integrate it into your daily life. 

The weekly Application lesson guide you through the the mental/emotional/spiritual aspects of behavioural change. Uproot the unhelpful old beliefs and patterns and build a new solid foundation so that you never have to "start again". 

Daily accountability via ATE app. No weighing, measuring, our counting calories or macros. Simply snap a picture of your food.

Weekly Action Steps and email check-ins. 

Bi-weekly 30-40 min zoom call with your coach. 


Personalized Training Program Package

* WHO IT IS FOR

This package is for clients who are looking to make tangible progress with the workouts they do on their own. Don't waste your time and effort winging it! Get a clear path forward and make efficient progress with your training.  

* WHAT YOU GET
​

Training programs are delivered via Prehab software that includes comprehensive video tutorial, written instructions, and individualized notes. Additional resources may be sent via email for reference. Whether you are training at home, the gym, or a combination of both, your goals and the equipment available to you are taken into account and a program is designed specifically for you. Training programs adjusted as necessary every 4 weeks so you keep progressing. 

Includes the Expressive Strength Training Principles Guide. Training principles are explained so that you understand how to follow your program and get the most out of it. 

The Personalized Training Program runs for 4 weeks and is billed monthly. The first program includes live Zoom physical assessment, intake interview to discuss your goals, any injuries or concerns, as well as your training environment, what equipment you have available, how many days/week you would like to train, and previous training experience. The fee is $400 for the first program and subsequent programs are $250/4 weeks.
