Anyone wanting to reach body, health, habit, or mindset goals using a flexible, macro-based approach to nutrition with the guidance, support, and accountability of a certified nutrition coach, personal trainer, and yoga instructor who has helped people from all walks of life achieve their goals and maintain them long after coaching stops.
This work is for those interested in taking charge of their health and lifestyle on a whole new level so that they are empowered. This coaching process is not about telling you what to do with out explanation. No points, set meal plans, or rules. It's about providing education, guidance, and valuable feedback so you have the knowledge you need to make informed choices for yourself. Step by step, build the habits that will not only help you achieve your goals, but elevate your experience of, and appreciation for, your body and how you care for it.
What you get:
No pre-set meal plans that do not work when you: eat at a restaurant, attend a social event, travel... basically real life.
Free yourself from restrictive dieting, quick fixes (that don't work and cause much more harm than good), the inner negotiations and battles around "should" and "shouldn't", or remaining ignorant and in denial about your health and food. A 12 week course which guides you step by step so that you gain a deep understanding of the HOW and the WHY.
The weekly Nutrition lesson teach you about nutritional science and how integrate it into your daily life.
The weekly Application lesson guide you through the the mental/emotional/spiritual aspects of behavioural change. Uproot the unhelpful old beliefs and patterns and build a new solid foundation so that you never have to "start again".
Daily accountability via ATE app. No weighing, measuring, our counting calories or macros. Simply snap a picture of your food.
