This package is for clients who are looking to make tangible progress with the workouts they do on their own. Don't waste your time and effort winging it! Get a clear path forward and make efficient progress with your training.
What you get:
Training programs are delivered via Prehab software that includes comprehensive video tutorial, written instructions, and individualized notes. Additional resources may be sent via email for reference. Whether you are training at home, the gym, or a combination of both, your goals and the equipment available to you are taken into account and a program is designed specifically for you. Training programs adjusted as necessary every 4 weeks so you keep progressing.
Includes the Expressive Strength Training Principles Guide. Training principles are explained so that you understand how to follow your program and get the most out of it.
The Personalized Training Program runs for 4 weeks and is billed monthly. The first program includes live Zoom physical assessment, intake interview to discuss your goals, any injuries or concerns, as well as your training environment, what equipment you have available, how many days/week you would like to train, and previous training experience. The fee is $400 for the first program and subsequent programs are $250/4 weeks.
